MEETING MINUTES
February 03, 2005
The meeting opened at 7:00 PM with the following members in attendance: Bill Whalen, Chairman; Helmut Busack, Vice Chairman; Dick Gardner, member; Don Bormes, alternate, made voting member in place of Janet Robitaille; Ralph Carter, alternate; Debbie Lynch, alternate and Dan Swain, alternate. No Selectman Representative present at this meeting. Absent were Peter Dascoulias and Janet Robitaille.
January 20, 2005 Meeting Minutes:
Helmut Busack makes a motion to accept the minutes as written. Dick Gardner seconds the motion. Vote: Unanimous. Motion passed.
New Business:
None.
Old Business:
Country Oaks- Continued Public Hearing- As requested, handouts were presented to the board and the public from the Technical Review meeting, stating the concerns of the Town Department Heads. Richard Lepene has agreed to waive the 90 day time limit so that all the submitted paperwork can be reviewed. As requested, handouts were also presented to the board and the public from Mr. Lepene’s attorney on the applicant’s legal right to use Tilton Bridge Road. A handout was presented to the board and Mr. Lepene from the Morrison Road Concerned Abutters and Neighbors (Morrison Road Association), concerning their position in the right to use Tilton Bridge Road.
Cindy Merchant- requests book and page number of Mr. Lepenes survey registered at the Belknap County Registry of Deeds.
Mr. Lepene- He will provide Cindy with that information.
All handouts provided in tonight’s meeting will be reviewed and presented to Town Counsel for his legal opinion. Pending review and Counsels opinion, the public hearing will be continued on February 17, 2005.
Abutters request that a copy of the site plan also be submitted to Town Counsel for review.
Other Business:
Seeds of Promise Day Care on Gulf Road- Signature required on Zoning Verification Form due to change of ownership.
Motion to adjourn meeting made by Helmut Busack and seconded by Bill Whalen. Vote: Unanimous. Motion passed.
