FINAL Planning Board Meeting Minutes
April 04, 2006
The meeting opened at 7:00 PM with the following members in attendance: Helmut Busack, Chairman; Dick Gardner and Don Bormes, members; Cindy Merchant, Ernie Martel and Carmine Cioffi, alternates, ( Carmine Cioffi made voting member in place of absent Ralph Carter), Andrew Livernois, Selectmen Representative and Dave Lorch, Town Planner.
Election of Officers:
Chairman- Carmine Cioffi makes a motion to re-elect Helmut Busack as Chairman. Don Bormes seconds the motion. With no further discussion, Vote: Unanimous. Motion passed.
Vice Chairman- Andrew Livernois makes a motion to elect Dick Gardner as Vice Chairman. Don Bormes seconds the motion. With no further discussion, Vote: 1 for. Motion defeated.
Carmine Cioffi makes a motion to elect Don Bormes as Vice Chairman. Helmut Busack seconds the motion. Vote: 3 for, and 1 abstain. Motion passed.
March 21, 2006 Meeting Minutes:
Carmine Cioffi makes a motion to accept the minutes with the following changes- On page 1 of 2, under #2., change the word zoning to subdivision regulation. On page 2 of 2, second paragraph, change the word plan to planner. In paragraph number 3, change Gardener to Gardner. Don Bormes seconds the motion. Vote: Unanimous. Motion passed.
New Business:
None.
Old Business:
A. Review edits to subdivision regulations- The board reviewed pages 5, 6, 7, 8 and part of 9.
Changes: page 5, under Board Action, change RSA 676:4 (b) to RSA 676:4 I (b). Also in that same section, after the second sentence, start a new paragraph , changing the words Subsequent information to Information for subsequent meetings, and delete the word next.
Second paragraph under Board Action, change RSA 676:4 (c) to RSA 676:4 I (c) 1, and change agiencies to agencies.
Under Permission to Visit Property, remove the comma after property.
Page 6: Under Failure To Take Action, change RSA 676:4 to
Other Business:
A. Update of Country Oaks Law suit- Attorney Waugh was sent the original long version of Helmut Busacks Motion.
B. Update of Thompson subdivision- The planning board is waiting on a new plan to be submitted. Dave Lorch was noticed that the letter being sent to the Thompsons regarding cluster subdivision final map, be reviewed by Attorney Waugh and edited if necessary.
