The meeting opened at 7 :25 PM with the following members in attendance: Helmut Busack, Chairman; Don Bormes, Vice Chairman; Dick Gardner, member; Ernie Martel and Carmine Cioffi, Alternates. Carmine sat in as member in place of absent Ralph Carter. Andrew Livernois, Selectmen Representative. Cindy Merchant, alternate, was also absent.

New Business:
. Robert Ward was interviewed for position of Town Planner. Mr. Ward
was given the job description for part time Planners position. As an applicant Mr. Ward brings with him some great experience. His experiences include, Commissioner on LRPC, Andover Conservation Commission, Andover Planning Board, Developers Planner, Sunapee Planning Board and he is also well versed on CIP. After some lengthy discussion with Mr. Ward, the PB is in complete agreement that Mr. Ward would be the right person for the job.
Rick Pecinski also came in to get some general information for a Lot Line Adjustment.
Motion was made by Andrew Livernois to adjourn meeting at 8:45 PM. The Motion was seconded by Don Bormes. All were in favor. Meeting adjourned.
